We are so happy with our bathroom remodel! Steve and Amberley took the time and listened and the end result was amazing. Steve was on the job everyday and handled his employees and subcontractors very professionally. We really appreciate all of his time. Things were cleaned up daily so helped keep some of the dust at bay. Amberley had design ideas and let me pick out color and choices. She helped so much putting it all together. Hi Welcome!
Our family-owned and operated luxury home-building company is a unique blend of talents, consisting of Steve, Amberley, Frank & Shelbi. Each of us brings a distinct set of skills and experiences to the table, enriching our collective knowledge and expertise.!
Combined, we have many years of experience in all aspects of building and remodeling homes. Steve's family owned a construction company when he was younger. He and his dad have built and remodeled houses his entire life!
Frank is our longtime friend and partner. Both he and Amberley came from a banking background.
Frank has been financing and working with builders for over twenty years. As a bank manager, Amberley is accustomed to project management and enjoys it very much!
Pine River Fine Homes started in 2021 when Steve left the airline business, and Frank and Amberley left the banking business soon after! About mid-year, in 2022, Shelbi left Amazon as a Logistics manager and joined the family business! They are one big happy family.
