WHO WE ARE

Hi Welcome!

Our family owned and operated luxury home building company consists of Steve, Amberley, Frank & Shelbi!

Combined, we have many years of experience in all aspects of building and remodeling homes. Steve's family owned a construction company when he was younger. He and his dad have built and remodeled houses his entire life!

Frank is our longtime friend and partner. Both he and Amberley came from a banking background.

Frank has been financing and working with builders for over 20 years. As a bank manager, Amberley has been accustomed to project management and enjoys it a lot!

Pine River Fine Homes started in 2021 when Steve left the airline business, with Frank and Amberley leaving the banking business soon after! About mid year in 2022, Shelbi left Amazon as a Logistics manager and has joined the family business! One big happy family.
